Most funded traders and most blown accounts run similar systems. The difference is execution under stress: a plan followed 60 times in a row versus a plan abandoned on the third losing trade. The market pays for consistency, not intelligence.
- Loss aversion — losses hurt roughly twice as much as equal wins feel good, so traders cut winners early and let losers run: the exact inverse of every profitable system.
- Revenge trading — the impulse to “win it back” immediately after a loss, at double size, off-plan. One session can undo a quarter.
- Overtrading— boredom converts flat markets into forced setups. No signal is a position too: it's called cash.

机制化修正胜过意志力
- Daily loss limit: two consecutive losses or −2% on the day = platform closed. Decided in advance, executed without debate.
- Checklist entries: a trade may only be placed when every checklist line is ticked — the list does the discipline, not your mood.
- Journal every trade with a screenshot and one sentence on WHY. Review weekly; patterns in your errors appear within a month.
- Size down until the money stops feeling like money. If a single trade spikes your pulse, the position is too big for your current stage.

Discipline scales with structure, not motivation. Build the rules when you are calm; obey them when you are not.
